Online training courses designed to reduce digital literacy deficits in digital competences
The project Digiskill Retail is aimed at the increasing of digital competences and skills of trainees and employees (digicomp) in the retail sector by using modern retail-specific e-learning units. These units should prepare them to cope with the challenges of the digital transformation processes of the retail sector. The project also supports and expands the digital competences (digicompEDU) of teachers and trainers by using the e-learning units for vocational education in retail trade.

Who can join?
The course was designed and developed in the framework of vocational training. Teachers can join the course and will be able to to improve their competences in the areas of teaching/learning and learner orientation in this specific area of expertise.
What will I learn?
All the training material is intended to help in reducing competence deficits in the areas of information and data competence, communication and cooperation, as well as analysis and reflection.
How is the course delivered?
The course is delivered in self-paced modules specifically developed to cover as many aspects as possible, finding the right balance between overwhelming the user and quality of knowledge
Do I have to pay?
